- Disable any browser extensions that might be blocking the OAuth popup
- Try using a different browser
Transfer Failures
If your transfers are failing:
- Check if you have sufficient quota in both source and destination services
- Verify that the files aren't locked or in use by another application
- For large files, ensure your internet connection is stable
- Check if any files have special characters in their names that might cause issues
Permission Errors
If you're seeing permission errors:
- Verify that you have the necessary permissions for the files you're trying to access
- For shared files, ensure you have at least "Viewer" access
- Try reconnecting your Google Drive account to refresh permissions
Limitations
While MigrateClouds provides comprehensive support for Google Drive, there are some limitations to be aware of:
- Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files can only be transferred in their exported formats (e.g., DOCX, XLSX, PPTX)
- Files larger than 5TB cannot be transferred (Google Drive's maximum file size)
- Shared drive permissions and sharing settings are not transferred to the destination service
- File comments and version history are not preserved during transfers
- Transfer speeds may be limited by Google Drive's API rate limits
